Arizona Tribal Royalty Spotlight: Stories Behind the Crown Moderator, Ms. Lexie James.
Lexie James is a 24 year old daughter of Jacqueline James. Corn Clan from the Village of Tewa. She is currently employed as a Youth Liaison for the Hopi Opportunity Youth Initiative. She currently serves as our Miss Native American USA 2019-2021, promoting her platform of suicide prevention and mental health wellness. Alongside her job and title, Lexie serves a board member for the Arizona non-profit ‘Three Precious Miracles’. More recently she became the Co-Founder for the grassroots organization, ‘Nurturing Indigenous Intelligence’, whose mission is to support Indigenous students during the trying times especially with the COVID-19 Pandemic affecting Native Tribes.

Join us during this spotlight, learn more as we highlight the incredible beauty of the crown. We invite our ambassadors and lovely Tribal Royalty of Arizona as they share their vibrant stories about the crown’s designer, the vision that evolved into the design, learn more about the symbolism, values, and the sense of duty instilled in every crown crown.
